The Inclement Cropped Tassel Boot is lined with Texalive™, a high-tech, sustainable membrane designed to deliver waterproof coverage while allowing your foot to breathe, wicking moisture away from your skin and keeping the boot fresher during brisk exercise. It is perfect for a rigorous country dog walk and for any activities where you need to stay warm and dry.

This boot is cut to the ankle and embellished with the same handcrafted details for which Penelope Chilvers is known, including a distinctive leather tassel and punched leather with contrast stitching. A Goodyear® welted rubber treaded outsole offers all-terrain wear.
